Following an incredible day at the London Marathon, we are delighted to share that our amazing runners — Madelaine Simpson, Matthew Britt and Michael Woodward — have now raised an outstanding £5,880, with donations still coming in.
Taking on the 26.2-mile challenge in support of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ Kidney Patients’ Association (GSTTKPA), all three delivered fantastic performances while raising vital funds and awareness for the renal community.
Their commitment, training and determination have already made a meaningful impact, helping us continue our work supporting kidney patients and their families across the Trust.
We are hugely grateful to Madelaine, Matthew and Michael for going the extra mile, and to everyone who has supported them so far. Every donation helps us provide practical support, enhance patient environments and create moments of care and connection when they matter most.
There is still time to get involved. If you would like to support our runners and help us build on this fantastic total, please consider donating via their JustGiving pages.
