The LKN Patient Partnership session gives patients with kidney conditions, family members and carers the chance to hear about patient involvement case studies and opportunities within the London Kidney Network as well as ask any questions that may arise.
Join us, on Wednesday, 30th November, 7-8pm to hear about:
- What the LKN is and what the aims of the Patient Partnership Group are
- Patient involvement within the LKN health equity group, from group chair, Gavin Dreyer and patient rep, Gillian King
- Patient involvement within the LKN Young Adult workstream, chair, Refik Gokmen and patient rep, Lai Man
- How the LKN is learning from previous patient involvement activities and hoping to make the most of patient voices
Q&A session
You’ll have the chance to submit your questions beforehand (you can add to the registration form if you wish) or you can ask live during the event via the chat, or at the end via our Q&A.
